$100 for individual
$400 for team

*Late Registration & Walk-ons are welcome, but play and meals are not guaranteed.

Registration Fee Includes: 18-holes of Golf, Cart, Contests, Breakfast, Box Lunch, and Dinner (Salad, Drink, Lasagna, Garlic Bread, and Dessert). Spouses can attend Dinner for an extra $20.00

Your participation in this Charity Golf Outing will provide Graduate Degree Scholarships for WV Speech–Language Professionals currently employed in the Speech-Language Pathology field and enrolled in a Speech-Language Pathology Graduate program. These Graduates will then be directly assisting children who need speech and language therapy and will benefit most from the scholarships you have helped to create for these professionals.

Most Honest (Last Place) Team

Each team member will receive a trophy and a Cress Creek $30 Gift Certificate.

Club Pro Drives a ball on a hole, Team members choose to drive a ball or place their ball where the Pro’s Drive has landed.

Dram Putt - $20

Whiskey and/or Beer are placed on the practice putting green. You get three tries to hit a container to win that beverage.

AR-15 Ball Drive - $10

Use the AR-15 Golf Ball Launcher instead of Driving your ball off of #10 Hole.

Marshmallow Drive - $10

Three Marshmallows - Longest Marshmallow drive receives a Cress Creek $25 Gift Certificate.

Putt Off - $10

Putt for a Cress Creek $25 Gift Certificate. Three Tries.

Ball Guess - $5

Guess how many Golf Balls are in the jar, and win all the golf balls and a Cress Creek $25 Gift Certificate.
